Landside Development

Airports are regarded as intermodal transport hubs, where the air and land traffic flows (passenger and freight traffic) meet. The planning of feeder roads, terminal driveways and onshore operating roads as well as the rail connection includes the onshore traffic development. Parking facilities for passengers and employees must be planned and taken into account.
